scanned nationwide with a powerful and unique searching technique.
The scan uncovers names, addresses and dates of birth as well as known
aliases including maiden names. All discovered name variations are then
automatically searched through our National Criminal Scan’s high speed,
multi-jurisdictional data repository covering local courts from all 50 states
+ DC including the Department of Justice and registered sex offender
information including description and photographs (whenever available)
and the terrorist (OFAC) watch list. This unique methodology easily
overcomes obstacles such as misspellings and punctuation, transposition
and applicant fraud. The scan takes seconds and will return the results right
onto the report.

County Level Criminal Search - The county level
search, available nationwide, is used when a more thorough
examination of a person's background is necessary. The
search involves sending of a court researcher or
investigator to the applicable county or state court to
retrieve the information. This is the most complete
criminal search available to the commercial market.
The turn around time is usually less than 72 hours.
