Consumer Relations/Consumer Disputes is open M-F from 10am to 4pm (PST). If you are a consumer who has been denied credit, employment or housing on the basis of an eviction or information that was provided by CIC please contact our Consumer Relations Department. Send a copy of your denial letter and/or a copy of the CIC background screening report you received as part of the denial. We are sorry but at this time we are unable to take requests by email.
